    Expert management for private lender’s transactions, advise if project is a good investment, borrower properly vetted, draw all docs needed & recorded with county, and act as liason between all parties.

  • Morby Method - $2,500

    Expert management of one of the most complex transaction involving multiple lenders. This transaction requires a minimun 30 minutes to an hour consultation.

  • Private Lender Foreclosure Services - Notices of Default/Notice of Sale - starting @ $150

    Expert Preliminary Default services with the assurance that all notifications performed according to state statues.

  • Trustee/Substitute Services - starting @ $500 - $625 (depending on current trustee's status)

    Conduct Trustee/Substitute Sale duties from Notice of Sale to the recording and deliverance of Trustee/Substitute Deed to Buyer of foreclosed property.
