  • Know Your Customer (KYC) - 1st Deal No Deposit

    Getting to know you and you getting to know us period. Your first deal through Jackson Transactions, a TC Company will not require a deposit. Our entire fee will be a line item on the Closing Disclosure/Hud and paid to us at settlement through Escrow.

  • Subto/SF/Hybrid - $950

    Expert escrow management from contract to closing for Subto, Seller Finance, or Hybrid deals.

  • Wraps/Novations - $995

    Expert closing/escrow management from contract to closing for Wraps & Novations.

  • Servicing Set-Up (Post-Closing - $950

    Servicing setup with a third-party servicing agent (Post-closing only, Servicing agency fees not included).

  • Post-Closing Care - $995

    Includes mortgage portal setup, insurance setup, HOA transfer, and utility setup for a worry-free transition.

  • Cash Deal - $800

    Expert escrow management from contract to closing for Cash/Wholesale deals (No creative).

  • Servicing Setup (Pre-Closing) - start @ $800

    Servicing setup with a third-party servicing agent (Pre-closing only, Servicing agency fees not included).

  • Transactional Lender - $700

    Ensure a secure and efficient escrow process for Transactional (EMD and or Double Closing) lending transactions.

  • Wrap Document Writeup - $400

    We guide sellers through contracts, providing clarity and confidence (No negotiation of terms included).

  • Note and Deed of Trust/Mortgage - $250 / Write Up

    Drafted documents tailored to your transaction's needs. Includes one (1) promissory note and one (1) deed of trust or mortgage.

  • Contract Write Up - $200

    Drafted contract based on your specific deal details (No state-specific contracts used).

  • Seller Zoom Walkthrough - $100

    We guide sellers through contracts, providing clarity and confidence (No negotiation of terms included).

  • Contract Review - $100

    Our experts will review & provide feedback on your completed contract.

  • Private Lending - $995

    Expert management for private lender’s transactions, advise if project is a good investment, borrower properly vetted, draw all docs needed & recorded with county, and act as liason between all parties.

  • Private Lender Foreclosure Services - Notices of Default/Notice of Sale - starting @ $150

    Expert Preliminary Default services with the assurance that all notifications performed according to state statues.

  • Trustee/Substitute Services - starting @ $500 - $625 (depending on current trustee's status)

    Conduct Trustee/Substitute Sale duties from Notice of Sale to the recording and deliverance of Trustee/Substitute Deed to Buyer of foreclosed property.

  • Retail Contract to Close for R/E Agents -$400

    Review executed contract, addendum, & seller's disclosure for accuracy & completion by all parties (Note contingencies, exclusions, effective dates and deadlines, option period, and earnest receipt)

    Set up and submit compliance file to Compliance Management System

    Send introduction email to client, agents, title, and other applicable parties

    Add important contract deadlines to agent calendar (Google only)

    Confirm inspection has been scheduled. Contact all parties with date & time.

    Verify pre-qualifying letter has been received and send the lender a copy of the executed contract.

    Draft & facilitate any amendments (agent will negotiate)

    Send reminder to agent and clients 48 hours before option period ends

    Facilitate Termination and Release of Earnest Money Paperwork
