Transactional EMD/Double Close Lending: This is when you lend for the earnest money deposit on a deal. We will manage your lending transaction to protect you to the max. We will monitor your double close transactions like an eagle to ensure a true double close.

Please Note: Initial 50% deposit is required before the file can be worked and the remaining balance will be due at closing. In the event that your deal does not make it to the finish line, the remaining balance will not be charged.
